Launching a bus rapid transit system was not easy. But it was fun. The client only gave us one creative edict: we had to use real, live CTfastrak riders. Gulp. Having worked with and directed hundreds of actors in my career, I quickly realized that directing real people was a different animal altogether, so I developed a new process for getting as realistic a performance as possible out of real people. And we got pretty good at it. These are just a fraction of what we executed over five years.
